It extends its procurement domain expertise thru consulting, strategic sourcing, procurement to payment transaction processing, enabling eProcurement technologies and providing procurement excellence thru its procurement delivery and shared services centers.

We are urgently looking for dynamic and result-driven individuals who will fill the following requirements:

  • Graduate of any related 4 year course from a reputable university
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. 
  • Must have excellent background in bidding and/or as contract specialist, project management.
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skill in English
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Project Manager for Business Improvement and Knowledge Management shall be the overall Project Manager in-charge of the organization. He/she shall be responsible in creating, implementing, maintaining and improving the organization’s strategies, approach and methodology on Business Improvement Projects using industry best practice principles and tools.
  • Must possess a degree in any of the following: Business Management Engineering, Math / Statistics, Economics, Journalism /Communication Arts or any related 4 year course
  • Experieince in various Quality Management System (an advantage)– ISO 9000 : 2000, Six Sigma
  • At least 5 years work experience, preferably in a BPO/Call Center Industry,
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules. 
  • Has the abililty to work with minimal supervision.
  • With above average project management skills, organizational skills, reasoning ability, communication skills, conceptual and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in MS Applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
  • Graduate of engineering, business courses or any related four-year      course
  • Working experience in the area of procurement and sourcing
  • Experience in the area of Procurement Solutions and Strategic sourcing is a plus 
  • Must have strong analytical, problem-solving and communication   skills
  • Excellent customer relationship and interpersonal skills
  • Personable, customer-focus, analytical and  willing to travel local and overseas
  • For Sourcing Managers: Team leadership capability, MBA preferred    Identify, develop and deploy best practices supplier management and procurement practices
  • Oversee and take charge of all purchasing assistants activities, responsible for meeting overall purchasing needs for products, equipment and services including acquisition and administration at optimum balance of cost, quality and supplier service for the company’s projects and operating needs within established corporate guidelines.
  • Graduate of BS Civil Engineering – Licensed
  • Must have  at least 3 years management experience
  • Must have extensive knowledge of purchasing activities, project and site activities with minimum 5 years experience.
  • Must be proficient in handling negotiations
  • Must possess good interpersonal skills to communicate with a wide variety of contacts and clients
  • Proficient in MS Office application
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills (English & Filipino)
  • Flexible and can work under pressure
  • Team Player
  • Self driven to achieve required results
  • Persistent
  • Must be responsible in overall supervision of procurement operation
  • Graduate of BS Engineering or any related 4-year course
  • Must have at least 2 years experience in materials management and purchasing
  • Must have good negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Must have good communication skills
  • Experience in handling clients/customer effectively
  • Strong Problem Solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining quality of work
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering or any related 4-year course
  • Experienced in the field of procurement
  • With good negotiation, interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Problem solving and research skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining quality of work.
  • Basic supply chain knowledge/understanding.
  • Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
