PASIA recognizes this and develops training programs that meet the specific needs of their individual and corporate members. GLOBAL ETHICS IN PROCUREMENT AND SUPPLY MANAGEMENT
A two day workshop exploring all the aspects of Ethics in Procurement and Supply Management. The workshop is designed to lead to a program of improvement led by the Supply Management professionals. The successful application of the learning will lead to Certification for the corporation or organization. This is a must attend course for any organization committed to ethical practices in Procurement and Supply management.


LEAN SUPPLY MANAGEMENT
Lean has two meanings. One is ‘no waste’, the other is ‘value added only’. These two sides of the same coin are explored and understood in a day of experiential learning. Using physical experiential learning the participants learn all the principles and tools to apply Lean thinking to there work. This course is recommended for all participants.


DEMAND MANAGEMENT SALES AND OPERATIONS PLANNING
Learn the principles of demand management, sales and operations planning, master scheduling, and distribution planning.

  • Planning the distribution network and replenishment

DETAILED SCHEDULING AND PLANNING
Learn the tools and techniques for planning inventory, including such techniques as MRP, CRP, lean, TOC, and projects. Understand the pros and cons of each technique and learn the standard measurements for inventory, materials, capacity and supplier performance.
Learn to: Manage the supply chain, the importance of planning, scheduling and sourcing, executing master plans and controlling the plan.


EXECUTING SUPPLY AND DEMAND
Learn to translate plans into day to day operational activities by comparing actual output to plans, taking action to correct problems, working with people and delegating tasks, apply principles of continuous improvement and quality initiatives and making decisions for change or action.


STRATEGIC SUPPLY MANAGEMENT
Learn to link market demands to production needs and supply needs. Learn about emerging technologies and their application to supply and demand plans.


NEGOTIATION WORKSHOP
A 2 day intensive workshop. Learn how to plan for a negotiation, develop a BATNA and how to speak and observe during negotiations. Understand both sides of the negotiation and how to structure the negotiation. Learn all the best practices and apply in role plays and enlightening exercises.
